Well before my dad passed away he told my family that alcohol and business don't mix. The life of a bartender, especially out here in Hawaii, is in constant contact with alcohol. It has now been two days and I haven't had one drink. I can't believe it. Let's see if I make it through tonight as I am bartending in Waikiki beach this evening. I will be strong. Lift Your Spiritz Mobile Bartending Service is bartending a wedding at Kualoa Ranch this upcoming Friday. We are going to rock it out. We will have a daiquri station and make home made Pina Colada's. We will have two bars set-up to ensure guest satisfaction. I have many different idea's on the back burner for my business. Going to try and get a Flair Bartending School set-up out here on Oahu, Hawaii and will double my wedding business out here in the next year. Right now we are doing about two weddings a month on Oahu and want to make it at least four a month by next year. These are my predictions and with hard work and networking we will make it happen.
