Events in December at Dillingham Ranch, Pacific Guardian Life, and Private Holiday parties on Diamond Head Road

Aloha. First off we are apologizing for not keeping up to date on our blogs. We've been super busy, Personally I got engaged, and I neglected doing these and I fell behind. Anyways moving forward lets recap December. We provided beverage service at Dillingham Ranch for their first event since the renovation. The event venue looks amazing and they did a great job with the accomodations and the kitchen is state of the art. We loved being there and it was great to do this event. It was a military retirement event and it was very moving to say the least. Seeing Paul give up his weapon and ask for safe passage of his wife was emotional and it opened my eyes and made me take a look at life differently. Events like these give me massive respect for our Military.
Paul you rock my man. Thank you very much for serving this country!!!

Our next event was for Justin with Market Advantage Inc. at the Pacific Guardian Life building for their xmas gala. It was fun and super exciting. Thanks for having our professional bartending service bring in the xmas cheer!!!

Then we had three different Xmas Holiday parties at a discreet location on Diamond Head Road. We usually do events here every December and look forward to returning every year. The view is awesome and we feel like family here. Thanks to John L from Pacific Beach hotel and my hat goes off to the "Soupa Chef" Andy Nelson.

Andry nelson stirs up Island Flavors!!! Our specialty cocktails for all three events were a Watermelon Basil Caipirhinia, a Muddled Avocado Margarita, and a Cilantro Mojito. These drinks were soooooo tasty. The Avocado's were actually flown in from a local farm on the Big Island. Soooo Good. Imagine how these cocktails would taste at your next special event. Let us create a specialty cocktail specific just for you. Remember us for your next special event or private party. www.BartendHawaii.com

11-11-11 Bartending Wedding at the Tree Tops Restaurant in Manoa

Aloha!!! It started off as a beautiful day but as we went up into the rain forest of Manoa it got damp. Luckily we were on the top parking lot of the Tree Tops Restaurant and could unload all of our bartending gear and go across the overpass with our handy trolley.
The Groom Stu Bodden and his new wife Stephanie had a great time and about 150 guests showed up for their special day up in the trees. We rocked out the bar with some amazing specialty cocktails. We made what we call a Lychee Crush. It had muddled Lychees, freshly squeezed lemon juice, Pear Vodka, and then topped with lemon lime soda. We shook it hard and poured it straight. It was sooooooo tasty. Our other specialty drink of the evening was a Hawaiian Mojoito. Made with Muddled Pineapple, Mint, limes, White rum, Ginger Liqueur, and Ginger-Ale. Ok, this cocktail was uber good toooooo:)
I must say, all in all, no wedding is ever complete without a congo line. This was a great highlight of the evening. Then when I thought it couldn't get any better Auntie comes up, asks me for a bottle of Tequila, and is dancing the congo line. Not only is she dancing but she's drinking the tequila right from the pour spout!!! Awesome, Thank's Auntie, You Rock!!! Later on the bride and groom left to enjoy themselves as a new couple and had a hotel room booked in Ko'Olina. We packed up, this time in severe rain, got totally soaked, but that's why were here. We bartended, we laughed, had a great time, and made some awesome drinks and got to share a moment with a great group of people. Mahalo. Remember us for your next event. Also would like to have a shout out to Jenn from Savvy Co-ordination. Always a pleasure to work with you!!!:) Maybe we'll bartend your wedding on 12-12-12.

Spppppppoooook-tacular Halloween Party

We had a blast at this party. Thank-you Allison and Paul, you guys rock!!! One of the parties that Lift Your Spiritz - Hawaii's Mobile Bartenders were at this Halloween Season was in Ko'Olina and let me tell you scarrrrrry. This newlywed couple pulled out all the coolest decorations and made it very festive. From having dead mummies in the bathtub with smoking dry ice, to little critters in the bushes which would vibrate and shake at you, to swinging corpses on fans. This party had it going on!!!

We made our specialized Dry Ice Punch which was billowing smoke during the whole party!!!!:) Oh sooooo sppppppooooky. We made it with Hypnotiq, fresh lemon juice, lemonade, Bombay Sapphire Gin, 7-up. It looked totally awesome. Come hire us next year and we can even make our Lychee Eyeballs, and a severed ice hand. Thanks again the host and hostess of the night, Allison and Paul. Can't wait to see you two again when we bartend at your Retirement Party!!! Whoooot Whoot.

House Warming Pool Party in Kapolei

Aloha. Lift Your Spiritz - Hawaii's Mobile Mixologists were on location in Kapolei for this intimate House Warming party for Pierre. Pierre and his family just moved here from Kentucky and we are very glad that you did. You've got a great group of friends, and you have a wonderful new home. The spread of food was fantastic and Pierre himself was on the grill cooking up a storm. We would like to say a special thank-you to Pierre's wife for giving us a very large piece of chocolate cake before we left. Ps: We were supposed to share it but they didn't make it home on time. I

ate it all by myself and it was fantastic. Mahalo, hope to see at your next get-to-gether. www.BartendHawaii.com

Wedding at Kualoa Ranch - Paliku Gardens. David & Maria Decabooter

Well there are always a couple hicups when it comes to Wedding days and this event was no exception, hehehehe.
You guys were definitely an interesting group. Everything always turns out for the best and it did. I'm glad we had plenty of red wine, some White Wine for the Bride and Bride's Mom - only, and plenty of Bud Lights, Corona's, and Blue Moon Beer. The Bride's Maids dresses looked super awesome and fun was had by all!!!

We absolutely love bartending events at Kualoa Ranch and this time we were up on top of the hill at their venue Paliku Gardens. A special thanks is going out to Dianna Shitanishi at Hawaii Weddings and Events and AinaKai Photography!!!

The Wedding of James & April Binari @ Oasis Beachfront Estate on September 29th, 2011

Aloha. We just wanted to say a special Thank you to James and April. You two look like an amazing couple and it was nice getting to know you two through the stages of our pre-planning. From our meeting at Starbucks to the final product - Your Wedding.
. Once again Lift Your Spiritz butchered ourselves on making time consuming cocktails but you know what, the final product was well worth it. We strive on making high-end, amazing tasting, cocktails. We we would never serve something that we ourselves wouldn't drink. That being said ... James and April's specialty cocktails were a Hawaiian Mojito muddled with fresh Pineapple and we even added some Ginger Liquor. Man, what a great cocktail!!! Their other specialty cocktails was named the Summer Bliss and was muddled with fresh Strawberries, Pineapple, Limes, home-made Simple Syrup, and had Cacha. It was soooo good we had to try two ourselves:)
All-in-all, great day. Thanks for having us. It was nice meeting your friends and family. All the best in the future. Kevin at Off-Menu catering did an astounding job with the food (Thanks for helping us unload our ice), and thanks to Jason at Exquisite Entertainment and Jerry at Hawaiian Pic
Your Pictures are far superior to ours. That's why you are the photographers, and we are the bartenders. We do what we specialize in and we Pour the cocktails!!! Mahalo!!!

The cocktail we created was called the "Star Struck". We started off by rimming a martini glass with shaved chocolate. We then muddled Kona Coffee Beans and added Bacardi Oak Heart, Tuaca, Bailey's, and cream. Shook it really hard and poured it into our chocolate rimmed Martini Glass. We placed the cocktail on a desert plate with a Macadamia Nut, and a couple Nilla wafers. The cocktail didn't take first place but damn ... it tasted really good!!!
